Outsourcing

Our BERA branch offices consult you and the BERA Service GmbH is responsible for the processing. A successful on-site management can lead to a subsequent outsourcing of individual business processes or may be the planned start for it. The BERA Service GmbH is a company which is connected to us. It conducts the outsourcing of business processes for you, usually through a contract of work and without transfer of undertakings. In contrast to temporary employment we have here the entire entrepreneurial responsibility.
