History

GeschichteThe BERA GmbH was founded in September 2002 as partner of "DEKRA Arbeit" (Dekra work) with its head office in Schwäbisch Hall and is since then a owner-managed temporary employment agency which is independent from banks.
Further branch offices were established bit by bit so that in the meantime BERA is represented area-wide in the region Heilbronn-Franconia, North-Württemberg and South-Thuringia. Further branch offices will follow.

 

With approximately 1000 employees BERA is, by this time, one of the biggest employees within the region Heilbronn-Franconia and the biggest partner of DEKRA Arbeit.
The core business of temporary employment was extended to the business areas personnel consulting and interposition of personnel (national as well as internationally), on-site management, outsourcing and outplacement. With this comprehensive portfolio we are a full-range supplier fur personnel issues.
Due to our strong local presence, the technical competence in different industries and the experiences with more than 400 customers we have developed to the number one in the region.
